Dear Back Pain Sufferer,

Can you remember a time, when you actually had a good nights sleep and woke up feeling refreshed? If you’re struggling to remember, then chances are, you can probably relate to Katie’s story. Read on..

Katie Blake, age 39, a married mother of two from Somerset, UK, began suffering from chronic back pain after a near fatal car accident which occurred in January 2006. She has recently been feeling very low, due to lack of sleep caused by her back condition. When asked how her back pain had been affecting her sleep, here’s what she had to say,

“Since suffering with chronic back pain after the accident, I’ve found that I constantly toss and turn from one side to another just to try and get some relief.

There are nights when the pain seems so unbearable, almost as though my lower back is splitting in two; that trying to change sides literally leaves me in tears. So, I prop myself up with cushions and try to force myself to lie still on my back, only to wake up as stiff as a board the next morning.

When you’ve got to get up early, to sort out two young kids on after virtually no sleep at all, well, what can I say, it’s no laughing matter is it!”

Unfortunately, Katie’s story is not an isolated one. In fact, just like you, she is among one of the thousands of chronic back pain sufferers, whose quality of sleep is affected in a negative way, by their pain.

Two Thirds Of Back Pain Sufferers Have Sleep Trouble

A recent study conducted by the National Sleep Federation revealed that:

?As many as two thirds of chronic back pain sufferers have sleep trouble.
?The more severe the pain, the more likely it is to affect sleep
?Disrupted sleep can make the pain feel worse
?Traditional pain relief medication, such as analgesics can disrupt the sleep patterns and make getting to sleep more difficult.

Vicious Cycle

So as you can see, it’s pretty much a vicious cycle where you find it difficult to get to sleep because of the pain and the less sleep you get, the worse the pain feels.

Assuming you’ve been in the position, where you’ve experienced insomnia; you’re probably familiar with the effects it can have on your body, such as:

* Feeling un-refreshed and lacking in energy the next morning
* Poor concentration levels
* Feeling irritable
* Impaired ability to think and speak

In a moment, I would like to offer you a glimmer of hope in the form of a natural therapy that might just help you break ‘the more pain equals less sleep cycle’, that you’ve probably become accustomed to.

Therapeutic Powers

Today, I’d like to share information with you, about a therapy that promotes the deep and restorative sleep that has been eluding you all this time. I’m talking about the natural therapeutic powers of Magnetic Therapy.

You’re probably wandering what Magnetic Therapy can do for you; well, let me begin by telling you what it is.

Magnetic therapy can be defined as a safe, natural and non-invasive method of applying high strength magnetic fields to the body for therapeutic purposes. It is a form of complementary therapy based medicine used to treat certain medical conditions by exposure to permanent or pulsed magnetic fields.
It is truly a time-tested therapy, which has been around since 2000 BC. The Ancient Chinese, Egyptians, Indians and Greeks were among the first to use it and give recognition to its’ therapeutic benefits.

I feel it’s important to say that Magnetic Therapy isn’t used as some sort of mystical cure for ailments or diseases. Instead, it’s natural forces are used to kick-start your bodies own systems in to action. Next, we look at how it does this.

When high strength magnets are placed directly above the site of injury or near a major artery, they generate a localised Magnetic Field that is powerful enough to penetrate right through the skin and bones, down to the cells.

This magnetic field also triggers a chemical response, which causes the iron content in your blood to become responsive to it. This reaction results in improved blood circulation. One of the functions of blood, is to transport oxygen and nutrients from the heart to the cells, tissues and vital organs in the body.

Consequently, as the blood circulation system begins to improve, the knock on effect is that more oxygen and nutrients are transported directly to where it’s needed, i.e., to the damaged cells and soft tissues at the site of pain or injury.

On receiving the required fresh supply of blood, oxygen and nutrients, the bodies own healing processes can begin to work on repairing the damage to the cells and soft tissues at an accelerated rate. Whilst the bodies essential repair works get under way, the brain sends out signals to release the internal painkillers i.e. the Endorphins that get on with the job of relieving the pain.

As well as stimulating the bodies healing processes, the Magnetic Field also relieves pain, by tackling any inflammation present. It does this by drawing out excess fluid and toxins from the surrounding tissues and then expelling them on route via the Liver and Kidneys. Once the excess fluid and toxins are removed, the swelling will begin to reduce.

Now, you recall that earlier, I mentioned about Magnetic Therapy ‘promoting deep restorative sleep’, well stay tuned, because we’re going to get into that next.

Magnetic Therapy In Your Sleep

Here’s a fact for you,

Scientific research conducted by a key specialist in the area of Magnetic Therapy, namely, Dr. W.H. Philpott MD of Oklahoma has shown that effects of magnets are at their most powerful at night, and here’s why. Every living thing on this Earth is dependent on Magnetic Energy. In fact, the earth itself is a huge magnet, and as such produces natural Negative Magnetic Energy force.

During the day, we are exposed to the Positive Magnetic Force from the Sun and Negative Magnetic Force at night from the Earth.

The following explains the effects that each type of energy has on the human body.

Effects of Magnetic Energy

Positive Magnetic Energy from the Sun

* Promotes deep and restorative sleep
* Supports the healing process
* Decreases inflammation and relieves pain
* Increases cellular oxygen

Negative Magnetic Energy from the Earth

* Stimulates wakefulness
* Inhibits the healing process
* Can increase inflammation and aggravate pain
* Decreases cellular oxygen

According to Dr. W.H. Philpott’s theory on the effects of Magnetic Energy, the Pineal gland, located in the centre of the head, acts as a sort of control centre for the immune system, hormones, and enzymes in our bodies.” This gland actually contains Magnetic crystals, and is acutely sensitive to the effects of Magnetic Energy.

The Pineal gland secretes the sleep hormone Melatonin throughout the night, when the Earth’s Negative Magnetic force is dominant.
The body requires high levels of Melatonin to enable a good night’s sleep.

Significant advances in magnet technology have enabled scientists to duplicate the Earths negative energy and harness it in form of high strength magnets.

Therefore, when you use magnets to surround yourself in a Magnetic Field at night, the effects are intensified for two reasons, 1) The Earth’s Negative Magnetic Energy is at it’s most powerful and 2) The body is in its’ resting and healing phase. As such, you are able to benefit from:

* A deep restorative sleep that will leave you feeling energised and refreshed when you awake
* Improved circulation that will feed your cells with those vital nutrients and oxygen to enable faster healing
* Reduced if not eradicated aches, pains and inflammation
* The effects of the bodies resting stage, which allows the body to heal itself more efficiently at night.

Hopefully by now, you can begin to see how using Magnetic Therapy can help you break, the vicious more pain less sleep cycle.

In addition, it may interest you to know that there are self-help Magnetic Products readily available that are specifically designed, to provide this nighttime therapy. They are Magnetic Bed Pads or Magnetic Mattress Covers. These products have a series of high strength magnets sewn inside them. In addition, they have been clinically proven to be a safe and effective form of natural pain relief.

So, as I bring this article to an end I just want to say, don’t let back pain continue rob you of the deep restorative sleep that your body so desperately needs. Give Magnetic Therapy a try, who knows, it could work for you.

Blood borne pathogens are microorganisms such as viruses or bacteria’s that are carried in blood or body fluid and can cause disease in people, including, Hepatitis B (HBV), AIDS and the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Blood borne pathogens can be transmitted through contact with infected human blood and other potentially infectious body fluids.

Occupation Exposure can occur through :
1.Accidental puncture from contaminated needles, broken glass, or other sharps.
2.Contact between broken or damaged skin and infected skin and infected body fluids.
3.Contact between mucous membranes and infected body fluid.

In an emergency situation involving blood or potentially infectious materials, always use Universal Precautions and try to to minimize your exposure by wearing gloves, splash goggles, pocket mouth to mouth resuscitation masks, and other barrier devices.

If you are exposed:
1.Wash the exposed area thoroughly with soap and running water. Use non-abrasive, anti-bacterial soap if possible. If the blood is splashed in the eye or mucous membrane, flush the affected area with running water for at least 15 minutes.
2.Take a blood test and Hepatitis B vaccination.
3.Tell your doctor the source individual. Try to get the individual blood tested as soon as possible for HIV or HBV after consent is obtained.

Anytime there is blood-to-blood contact with infected blood or body fluids, there is slight potential for transmission.
Unbroken skin forms an impervious barrier against blood borne pathogens. However, infected blood can enter your system through:
Open sores, cuts, abrasions, acne, and any sort of damaged skin such as sun burns or blisters, damaged or open wounds.

Always take precaution and treat all human body fluids and items soiled with human body fluids as contaminated. With contaminated, always first thing to do is to disinfect all spills of body fluid and pre-soak all contaminated clothing.

If you are thinking about straightening your hair for the first time, you’re probably a little apprehensive, a little unsure if straight will suit your look, and a little excited at the possibility of re-inventing your style.

Before you go out and invest large amounts of money into a top of the line hair straightener you may want to borrow a friends straightner or have it done at the salon to see if the look is right for you. Straightening can go well with any hairstyle and any race, whether it be to combat un-controllable, curly hair, to achieve an everyday sleek, professional look, or simply to look your best on your wedding day or other special occasion.

Whatever the reason may be, before you start out it is important to understand you’ll have heavy chemicals applied to your hair and if done incorrectly, there is potential for permanent damage. This is why we have put together valuable tips for straightening your hair.

It is often a tempting, cheaper option to straighten your hair at home with a self-apply product, however we suggest you at least seek advice from your hairdresser, if not have your hair straightened by a professional. The goal is to have a positive experience that results an all new you! The last thing you want is to end up dealing with the nightmare of damaged hair. While the process of hair straightening is not necessarily a difficult one, a specific technique needs to be followed.

Your salon artist should begin with a basic strand test. This helps determine your hair’s characteristics, the texture of your hair, how strong it is, elasticity, and porosity. once your strand-test is complete, your salon artist will know whether it can handle the chemicals, or what alternative should be used.

If you are having your hair straightened for your wedding, you should absolutely insist on a strand test before beginning.

This involves your hair being pulled to determine how elastic it is and then a small amount of relaxer is applied to see how the hair reacts. If your hair reacts as expected, then your hair is ready and safe to be straightened. Additional tips for straightening hair include information on the three primary steps involved:

1. Protective petroleum cream may be used to shield your scalp from excess chemical. Additionally, this cream will help against hair that has been relaxed or damaged previously. The one thing to remember is that this cream must be applied to loose, soft, natural curls.

2. Once the hair has processed, the chemicals are then rinsed with warm water and a neutralizing formula is applied. This helps the process oxidize, as well as balancing your hairs PH levels.

3. Once the straightening is finished, you should have a soft, protecting conditioner applied to your hair.

In many cases, hair has been damaged from previous home straightening, incorrect coloring procedures, sun exposure and chemical applications. In cases such as this your hairstyle professional should thoroughly condition your hair before starting the straightening process.

Chemical hair straightening, in general is achieved with one of three chemicals. Sodium hydroxide is the heaviest of the chemicals, ammonium thioglycolate which is less intense, or guanidine hydroxide, a chemical that contains no lye and is the softest of the three. As with any chemical treatment, miss-use of these straightening products can result in devastatingly adverse affects on your hair color, texture and strength, and can also cause redness or irritation to the skin.

Keep in mind that when hair has been chemically straightened, you should continue to use appropriate conditioners and take appropriate measures to prevent drying.

If you are planning a straight look for your wedding day, we highly recommend you go to the salon for a test straighten at least 6 months before your wedding day. This way you have plenty of time to weigh up your options, and have sufficient time to recover should you disagree with the straight look.

You will notice a vast range of hair straightening products on the market that claim to straighten hair without the use of chemicals, the bottom line is that these products simply will not work. You could use a flat brush or flat iron, along with smoothing gel to straighten your hair but this would be temporary and probably not be as straight as you might like. Another option is to use a blow dryer to straighten the hair. Just remember, blow-drying will only last until the next time you wash your hair.

Your goal in straightening your hair is to find a fresh new look that suits you. Whether it be for your wedding day, a birthday, a date, or just a change to your everyday hairstyle, paying a little extra to have your hair professionally straightened can save a world of heartache.

Before deciding to undergo any breast surgery, it is important to have a clear knowledge on what is to be done, the benefits, the possible risks and after effects. It is best to seek several consultations with different surgeons as different surgeons might be using different techniques, have different opinions, and will have different aesthetic preferences.

Let’s look at Benelli Mastopexy (Peri-Areola breast lift) breast enhancement surgery.

Peri-Areola breast lift is one of the several techniques for breast lift whereby the scars are designed around the areola. It is useful for women with a projecting nipple/areola complex (sometimes called torpedo or missile shaped breasts), and can also be used to reduce the size of the areola at the same time.

To be suitable for Benelli Mastopexy, the patient must be in good health, and not have any active diseases or pre-existing medical conditions.

Due to the natural stretching and sagging of the breast skin after pregnancy, it is highly recommend that the patient waits until she no longer wants to have any additional children before having the surgery.

A patient can be more satisfied with the results of the surgery if there is sufficient communication between the surgeon and the patient. It is critical to be able to voice your desires to your surgeon, so that he/she will be able to better understand your needs and create a better result that you desire.

This technique removes a donut shaped piece of tissue around the areola during the surgery, and scars are normally found around the areola. Surrounding tissues of the breasts are normally stitched to the areola. The results after the surgery will be a flatter, rounder breast. Sometimes, to compensate for the lifting effect when the breast tissues are stitched, a little more tissue is being removed above the areola.

Although there are great benefits with Benelli Mastopexy, the customers also need to understand the different risk associated with it. The risks includes the breast being asymmetry as there are no definite promises during a surgery; hyper - pigmentation could form due to bruising; hematoma and seroma could occur, which led to another/other surgeries needed for rectifying of problems. There will be an altered sensation of the nipple/areola, which are found to be temporary. In rare cases, there will be loss of blood supply to the nipple or skin sections that were reattached. Thus, needing reconstruction.

A number of online web site functions commercially, this make it possible for them not to disclose all information about the complications and risks of breast surgery. It is important to collate information from different sources as it could aid in your final decision-making.

You may want to consider and try natural breast enhancement before spending money and risks the implication going for breast enhancement surgeries.

The above information is found in Ms Yvonne Lee, internationally acclaimed book “To All Women Who Want To Enhance Their Breasts Naturally, But Don’t Know How To Start”. It describes and details the most important breast enhancement techniques from every corner of the world. Author Yvonne Lee, provides an unbiased pro-and-con analysis of each technique, in addition to practical information such as how and where to get it, cost, and potential impact on insurance coverage.

If you need to know how to use a tanning bed, it makes sense that you find out more about the possible ailments associated with tanning in tanning beds. Tanning in a tanning bed or a tanning salon is not, as many people believe, that different from tanning on a beach. That’s why it’s absolutely imperative to know how to use a tanning bed properly.

Although using a tanning bed is quite simple, knowing how to tan in a tanning bed properly is another matter altogether. Using a tanning bed is, essentially, trying to replicate the tanning process in a controlled environment. The sun tans you via UVA and UVB ultraviolet rays, and that is exactly how a tanning bed tans you. In tanning salons, anyone who wants a tan can control how long a time they want to be exposed to a tanning bed’s UV rays, as well as control which rays the skin itself is exposed to. On a beach, you don’t, and can’t, get this kind of personalized control, nor can you tan on the beach in the winter!

Tanning beds are actually quite similar to sun tanning, because the same UV radiation is creating the tan.

Using a tanning bed is quite simple. Any individual seeking to get a good tan in a tanning bed must first get a base tan, which is a deep, below the surface tan, which can take about eight sessions, depending on the pigmentation of your skin. If you need to know how to use a tanning bed, how long to stay in the tanning bed, depending on your skin tone, the employees at the tanning salon can assist you.

Obviously, tanners with fair skin should limit exposure to ultraviolet rays emitted by a tanning bed, which are pretty much exactly like the ones emitted by the sun. After building a base tan, the next thing to do is to tan a little bit at a time, to work your way towards the desired skin tone. Ultraviolet light, i.e. the light which is used in tanning beds is a slightly a different strain of the sun’s type of ultraviolet rays, but because the rays are more concentrated, customers need to keep their visits short. This is the most important thing when considering how to use a tanning bed. It is in your best interests to ask for advice, and to trust the professional who is supervising your experience.

Two of the most important things to take into consideration when considering using a tanning bed are to a) wear protective goggles and b) apply liberal amounts of tanning lotion or lotions. Human eyes are extremely sensitive to ultraviolet light, and due to the concentration of the ultraviolet rays used by tanning beds, the eyes are immediately susceptible to harm. Sunglasses, once thought as acceptable protection, are absolutely, positively not to be used to protect your eyes. Using goggles specifically designed for tanning in tanning beds is the best overall idea, because goggles of this type are created specifically to protect against UV rays.

Regarding lotions, you need to consider moisture and tyrosine. Moist skin tans better, not to mention more evenly, than dry skin. This isn’t ground-breaking knowledge, but most people don’t moisturize enough. By moisturizing you are slowing and/or retarding the exfoliation process. Doing this effectively you will receive a good tan, so finding a proper moisturizer is absolutely essential. Tyrosine, an amino acid that assists production of melanin, which controls the skins pigmentation, is also an element in selecting the proper lotion. Tyrosine allows your body to maintain melanin levels longer, and will assist in the retardation of the exfoliation process.

If you need to know more about how to use a tanning bed, or desire someone to teach you how to use a tanning bed, consult a local specialist.

Vitamin B5 is also known as pantothenic acid. Its name is derived from the Greek word pantos meaning “from everywhere,” as small quantities of pantothenic acid are found in nearly every food.

In its functional form, vitamin B5 gets combined with another small, sulfur-containing molecule to form coenzyme A (or CoA). This conversion allows vitamin B5 to participate in a wide variety of chemical and organic reactions. Coenzyme A is needed to carry out various metabolic functions, and for the generation of energy in the form of ATP from fats, carbohydrates and proteins.

Roger J. Williams, the discoverer of pantothenic acid suggested that Vitamin B5 might be helpful in the management of certain medical disorders, such as rheumatoid arthritis.

Functions of Vitamin B5 –

* Vitamin B5 is also known as the anti-stress vitamin at times. It is one of the eight water soluble B complex vitamins.

* Vitamin B5 helps production of the cellular antioxidant glutathione, and is therefore an essential vitamin for all life forms.

* Helps in the break down carbohydrates, proteins and fats for energy - thus a stamina enhancer.

* This vitamin plays an important role in production of adrenal hormones in the adrenal glands.

* Vitamin B5 helps to produce neurotransmitters, cholesterol required for proper nerve and muscle performance.

* It is also responsible for haemoglobin production and metabolism of toxins by the liver.

* It plays an important role in cell division, DNA reproduction and RNA transcription.

* It regulates the formation of stress hormones and hair pigmentation.

Deficiency of Vitamin B5 –

It is an unlikely that an adult will have a deficiency of vitamin B5 because of the availability of B5 in many foods, plus the fact that it is also produced by our intestinal bacteria.

However, a deficiency of Vitamin B5 causes fatigue, muscle weakness, personality changes, psoriasis, and headache. Vitamin B5 is often used to treat the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, edema, swelling, pain, and stiffness in joints.

Pantothenic acid is also recommended to prevent stress and relieve insomnia, arthritis, food intolerance and teeth grinding.

Oral application of pantothenic acid helps relieve many skin problems and cure wounds.

Who are at risk of Vitamin B5 deficiency?

* Women who are on birth control pills are recommended to take extra doses of Vitamin B5.

* Smokers and alcoholics also fall under this category.

* People undergoing stress, prone to allergies or eating too many refined foods might develop a shortage of this vitamin.

Symptoms of Vitamin B5 deficiency –

·	painful & burning feet

·	skin abnormalities

·	numbness and poor coordination

·	abdominal and muscle cramps

·	vomiting

·	anaemia

·	insomnia and depression

·	stunted growth

·	restlessness

Most of these symptoms and signs get resolved with external administration of pantothenic acid.

Vitamins B12, folic acid and biotin are required for proper use of vitamin B5 in the body’s biochemical activities. In addition, vitamin C somewhat helps prevent B5 deficiency.

Dosage of Vitamin B5 –

Since deficiency of pantothenic acid is rare, so there is no recommended daily intake for this vitamin. Pantothenic acid is mostly included in B-complex multivitamins. The RDA for men is 10 mg and women is 8 mg.

Normal daily intake of pantothenic acid for adults is 4 to 7 milligrams. Vitamin B5 should be taken with water, preferably after eating.

Pantothenic acid does not usually cause any side effects, but pregnant and lactating mothers should be careful to consume only the normal daily intake.

Vitamin B5 can be found in multivitamins, B complex vitamins, or sold individually under the name of pantothenic acid and calcium pantothenate. It is available in a variety of forms including tablets and capsules, and must be taken under medical supervision.

Dietary sources of Vitamin B5 -

The term pantothenic acid is derived from the Greek word pantos, meaning everywhere. Vitamin B5 is widely distributed in plant and animal food sources, where it occurs in both bound and free forms.

Pantothenic acid is richly found in peanuts, liver, kidney, cauliflower, mushrooms, seeds and other nuts, pumpkin, mushrooms, legumes, sweet potato, milk, soya, cheese, egg yolk, fish, chicken, wholegrain bread and cereals, and bananas. The richest sources of the vitamin are the ovaries of cod and tuna fish.

Breakfast cereals are also a good source if they have been fortified with pantothenic acid.

Do not add soda to the water used for cooking vegetables - it will destroy the pantothenic acid.

Vitamin B5 storage –

Vitamin B5 is relatively unstable in food, and significant amounts of this vitamin can be lost through cooking, freezing, and commercial processing.

Vitamins are easily destroyed and washed out during food preparation and storage. Store vitamin supplements at room temperature, in a dry place that is free of moisture.

Under-eye circles may be one of the first things you see when you look in the mirror. These black or dark circles under the eyes can be caused by many different factors, including heredity, sun exposure, allergies, lack of sleep, medications, poor nutrition, age, and hormonal changes associated with pregnancy and menstruation.

The skin under the eye is very thin, and when blood passes through the veins close to the surface of the skin, this can cast a bluish/blackish shadow to the under eye skin. Any increase in blood flow will cause the areas under the eyes to appear darker.

While heredity can be one factor for development of under eye circles, sun exposure is another. Even though tanning may make your whole body look good, it’s not good for the skin under the eyes. Too much sun can cause excessive pigmentation of the area beneath the eyes, resulting in dark spots.

Allergies are another factor that can lead to dark circles. Any skin or respiratory condition which has you rubbing or wiping your eyes will trigger increased blood flow. More blood flow to the sensitive under-eye area means a greater likelihood of dark circles.

Certain medications can cause dark circles, especially those medications which lead to blood vessel dilation. Hormonal changes associated with pregnancy and menstruation may change the color and texture of the skin, resulting in a greater appearance of under eye circles.

While all these factors can play a role in the development of dark circles under your eyes, the two most common culprits are lack of adequate nutrition and lack of enough sleep.

People with diets low in vitamins C and E (antioxidants), low in lutein, beta carotene, and zinc are likely to have dark circles. You can combat this by adding in more fruits and vegetables to your diet.

People who don’t get enough sleep are also prone to under eye circles. This can be addressed most easily by a better sleep routine. It’s best, too, to sleep on your back with your head slightly elevated for the best results.

Treating under eye circles can take some time, but here are some suggestions for doing so:

* Get proper nutrition.

* Get enough sleep.

* Avoid frequent rubbing or wiping of your eyes.

* Use a cosmetic concealing stick to hide the circles.

* Use an eye cream containing Vitamin K, which has been shown to reduce dark circles.

* Protect your skin from the sun.

Above all, focus on concealing your dark circles and doing whatever it takes to make them disappear. By focusing on concealment and the cure, you’ll be in the right place to put your best eyes forward.

In the past, those who have opted to undergo cosmetic surgery have entered their doctor’s office knowing exactly what they needed or wanted. However, with the expansion of technology, it is not necessary to be so certain. Computer digital imaging offers the choice of knowing which areas of cosmetic surgery will work best for you and what results they will provide. Computer imaging will also enable you to know what to expect after the surgery.

The first step in computer imaging is to take a digital picture of the patient as well as the area in which they desire the cosmetic surgery. This will be copied to a computer software program as you wait. The surgeon will then take that picture and manipulate the different areas where you are considering cosmetic surgery. It will produce an image of the potential results. While you may not see the exact appearance afterward, it can give you a general idea of how your body may change.

Computer imaging is known to be an effective tool for a surgeon to communicate with a patient about their particular cosmetic surgery needs and wishes. Often, patients will go into the office with an preference as to the results they desire. The surgeon can make the patient’s expectations more realistic before the operation has been done or the money spent. This will also give the patient a better idea of what is required. This is especially effective in eliminating the number of people who come out of the surgery surprised by their results.

The drawback to computer imaging is that it is not always exact. When a picture is transferred digitally, slight changes occur. For example, skin pigmentation will often appear lighter or darker on the computer. If you are receiving a skin treatment such as a dermabrasion, pigmentation on the computer will not be thoroughly representative of the results. If bone structure is being altered with cosmetic surgery; computer imaging can not reproduce this. A third factor to consider is your body’s healing ability. Unlike with the digital representation, initially your body will bruise and swell. You may also suffer scarring problems.

Technological programs that surgeons are able to useoffer an additional way to increase the abilities of cosmetic surgery. By examining computerized results, you will get a better idea of the transformation of your looks. While a computer-generated image is not exact, it should give patients a better idea how they will look at the completion of their surgery. If this technology is important to you before selecting your procedure, you will need to investigate specific surgeons that offer this technology as part of their consultation. Following that, you will be able to better determine which changes you desire to undergo to improve your beauty. You might be surprised as the results that computer imaging can tell you before even having any actual surgery.

Stay Beautiful In Your 20s

In your 20s, your skin is smooth but has occasional breakouts. Focus on unclogging pores and moisturizing. And don’t forget to use sunscreen!

Skin-Care Tips

1. Washing your face, particularly with hot water, strips it of its natural oils. Be sure to use a gentle, moisturizing cleanser instead of soap, and follow up with a light moisturizer.

2. Avoid exposure to the sun: damage from the sun now will show up later as sun spots and wrinkles.

3. They don’t call it beauty sleep for nothing. Apply night cream before tucking up, and wake up to a beautifully moisturized complexion.

4. Don’t forget to hydrate from the inside, too. Drink at least two-and-a-half litres of water each day.

5. Squeezing a pimple can lead to permanent scarring. Apply a warm compress to help bring a blemish to the surface, then apply a spot treatment will absorb more quickly and dry it out faster.

6. Review your daily regimen. If you’re still using the oil- and acne-control products of your teen years, start reevaluating your skin today. Oil glands are not working as hard now so some products may be too harsh for you.

7. Cleanse, tone and moisturize. Now is the time to get a good moisturize with an SPF of at least 15. If you still have excessive oil or acne, get an oil-free formula.

8. Dump junk food. Your on-the-go lifestyle probably combines lots of work and socializing, which means less time to cook. But too much sugar, fat and coffee can speed up aging. Exchange a few burgers for salads, and it will surely make your skin younger.

9. Exercise. Fitness is for life, so the saying goes. Go to the gym, or take up badminton or yoga.

10. Overall body check. Don’t neglect your hair and feet. These, too, get old and sun damaged, and need protection and pampering.

11. Many studies have been done over the years demonstrating the healing and physiological properties of bovine colostrum. Colostrum helps the immune system to function more efficiently, maintain peak performance and fight acne causing bacteria.

Colostrum supplies growth factors (hormones) as well as stimulating the endocrine system to keep producing its own supply of hormones. Research strongly indicates that the combination of growth and immune factors in colostrum works together to create a potent anti-aging effect, including tighter skin, and regrowth of cells and tissue of organs that normally decrease in size with age.

Daily supplementation on Bovine Colostrum allows the body to have improved resilience against any type of stress. Overall health and well being is accomplished when the body has all of the necessary factors it needs for defense, healing and repair.

If you have special skin issues, such as stubborn acne, rosacea, or extremely sensitive or oily skin, the best thing to do is to seek out the advice of a professional dermatologist.

Pretty, healthy skin is well within your grasp, with a little bit of awareness, determination and persistence on your part. The results are definitely worth it. Live juicy and be happy with your largest organ!

Note: None of the information in this article is scientifically based, but it does work, based on the personal experiences of myself and many others.

When removing hair from your body there are several steps that you need to take, especially after you get laser hair removal treatment, this will make sure that the hair grow back will be minimal. All of us are searching for an easy way to remove hair from our body, we search all over the internet for the answers, but all the sources that are on the internet are pretty much the same. Hair removal is a little painful and you will need to continually go for treatment, hair removal is not a one shot deal.

People have tried everything to get rid of unwanted hair, they have tried plucking, waxing and bleaching but the problem still remains, the hair will grow back. There are many different options when it comes to hair removal, there are affordable options but you must understand that when using more cost effective procedures the length of time the hair remains removed will be of a shorter time span.

Laser Body Hair Removal is growing rapidly in popularity as men and women become more conscious of their body image. Most people who have a lot of hair on their body are embarrassed when going to any type of event that involves taking off clothing. When people go swimming in the summer most people are embarrassed about taking of their clothing because of the hair on their body. The removal of body hair is becoming more widespread and prevalent because in today’s world no hair is sexier.

Why should you use a laser to remove hair? Men and women from all walks of life are turning in increasing numbers to laser to remove unwanted hair from their bodies. The latest technology has created machines that allow technicians to remove your hair from virtually any where on your body; it only works if the hair is fully grown it does not work on small or peach fuzz hair. To remove the hair by the root it must be at least 1/4 inch or 6 mm long.

If you are looking for permanent hair removal many people choose electrolysis, using this option leaves your skin virtually void of hair. Try to find a practitioner who will put their claim of permanent hair removal in writing with a guarantee.

Time peel is a valuable solution for clients with large pores, chapped skin and fine wrinkles, as well as for improvement of the skin pigmentation. If you are going to shave your pubic hair make sure you use a wet shaver, if you cannot completely dry the area before shaving. Light skin is the preferred choice for laser hair removal and fewer treatments will be required.

Hair removal has become very popular and laser hair removal has become an alternative to waxing and shaving because when you use laser treatments unwanted hair is removed and after many treatments it is permanently removed or reduced. Waxing is another method that many women use, but this hair removal system can be very painful. One of the most cost effective methods of removing hair still remains and that is tweezing and waxing.
