Extracted from the free for public use film - Run From The Cure: The Rick Simpson Story.
I have heavily edited the content in order to remove pictures or descriptions of the ingredient that Mr. Simpson claims cures cancer as it has caused the original film to be designated for a mature audience only (18+).
Hopefully this heavily redacted version will be more acceptable to the mainstream.

Is your skin highly prone to acne? Do you often suffer from acne breakouts? What if you can have better skin without the high cost of surgery or other medical procedures? What if the solution to your acne problem is vitamin E and all you have to do is consume foods rich in this vitamin or take vitamin E supplements? Would you try it? Many acne sufferers would collectively answer, “You bet!”
Vitamin E is an antioxidant. In simple terms, antioxidants fight free radicals, agents that damage cells in our body. When the body has the necessary amount of vitamin E, it can produce wonderful effects on the skin because it means that more antioxidants are present to eliminate free radicals in the body and reduce the damage they do to the cells. The fewer the free radicals that can do damage on your cells, the better looking, healthier and more radiant your skin is. And healthy skin means fewer acne.
Vitamin E is far from being the cure for acne. There is actually not yet any cure for acne, although vitamins A, C, zinc, selenium and magnesium can help in the treatment of acne. What vitamin E does is help reduce acne. Considering that you can easily and inexpensively get vitamin E from food sources and supplements, you don’t have anything to lose by trying out the vitamin E method of fighting acne.
In addition to helping reduce acne, vitamin E can contribute to reducing acne scar since its antioxidant properties help regenerate the skin. And if you have other skin conditions like eczema, dry or scaly skin, bruising and psoriasis, vitamin E can help improve your skin. Antioxidants also have anti-aging properties so taking vitamin E can further help slow down the aging process.
So are you ready to fight your acne? Start eating foods that are rich in vitamin E — spinach, nuts, seeds and olive oil, to name a few. You can also start taking vitamin E supplements. The choice is yours. Good luck!

Symptoms most associated with Xeroderma (dry skin) are scaling, which is the visible peeling of the outer skin layer, itching and cracks in the skin.
Xeroderma is a very common condition. Dry skin happens more often in the winter where the cold air outside and the hot air inside create a low relative humidity.
Skin contains the hair follicles, sweat glands, sebaceous glands, apocrine glands and blood vessels. Skin consists of loose connective tissue and elastin. Skin also harbors many nerve endings that provide the sense of touch and heat.
The dermis is the layer of skin beneath the epidermis that consists of connective tissue and cushions the body from stress and strain. Epidermis is the outermost layer of the skin. The blood vessels in the dermis provide nourishment and waste removal to its own cells as well as the epidermis.
Dry skin could also be a sign of an underactive thyroid Dry skin is common. Dry skin could be due to a genetic condition. Environmental factors such as exposure to sun, wind, cold, chemicals, or cosmetics, or excessive bathing with harsh soaps, can cause dry skin.
Thick, oily-type moisturizers work best Take baths or showers less often. Use bath oils and moisturizers daily.
You want to work from the inside out too. Fatty acids are particularly important to people with dry skin. Consider taking cod liver oil or fish oil supplements every day.
The two most common, sluggish, digestion culprits that affect your skin are not enough water and not enough fiber. Eat foods that contain essential fatty acids.
Coconut oil is very inexpensive, therefore, a good, cheap home remedy. Apply coconut oil to heal and soothe your skin.
It just takes motivation, a willingness to try it, and diligent application of coconut oil several times daily and at bedtime to see its benefits. Apply a thin layer of coconut oil and massage it deep into the skin.
Sunlight, water and air play an important role in keeping the skin healthy. The skin is subject to constant attack from without, so can be affected by numerous conditions, diseases and ailments.
Unclean skin favors the development of pathogenic organisms - the dead cells that continually slough off of the epidermis mix with the secretions of the sweat and sebaceous glands and the dust found on the skin to form a filthy layer on its surface.
If you’re still worried, or the problems persist, go and see your doctor. Skin doctors are called dermatologists. Call your doctor or naturopath when you feel itchy all over without a visible rash.
